SMS Terms of Service
Program name
This text messaging program is operated by Te-Amo and is called Te-Amo Rewards.
Your consent
By opting in to Te-Amo Rewards, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Te-Amo at the mobile number you provide. After you submit the signup form, you will receive a confirmation text message; you must reply to that message to complete your enrollment.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can shop at Te-Amo without joining the program.
What we send
Messages promote convenience-store rewards and store updates only — things like coffee and snack offers, in-store rewards, seasonal hours, and neighborhood news from the shop.
Message frequency and cost

- Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan, and Te-Amo is not responsible for them.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been removed, and you will stop receiving messages from the program.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

What we collect
When you sign up for Te-Amo Rewards, we collect the name and mobile number you submit voluntarily through the signup form. We do not require any other personal information to join the program.

We use your name and mobile number to send you rewards and store updates via SMS text message, and to respond to you if you contact us about the program. We do not use this information for any other purpose.
How we share it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the messaging service — for example, the SMS provider and mobile carriers that transmit the messages on our behalf. Those providers may only use the information to deliver messages for Te-Amo. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.
Your choices
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from the program.
- Request deletion of your data by contacting the store using the details below. We will remove your name and mobile number from our records.
Data retention
We keep your name and mobile number only for as long as you remain enrolled in Te-Amo Rewards, or until you ask us to delete them.
